Alia Bhatt (born 15 March 1993) is an Indian actress, she is the daughter of director, producer Mahesh Bhatt and Soni Razdan, a film actress and director. Alia is well known because of her upcoming movie “Student of the Year” but this is not the only reason of her popularity, she is also known because of her cute face and beautiful smile. Alia is very young and talented, she is very found of Bollywood movies but before starting her career as an actress she had to lose her weight. Thursday: off

Friday: Cardio and Lower Body

  • Forward lunges: 3 sets x 20-25 reps (view image)
  • Backward lunges: 3 sets x 20-25 reps (view image)

  • 10 min jog on treadmill
