Chris Hemsworth is an Australian actor, he is best known becouse of his role as Thor in ‘Thor’ and ‘The Avengers’(Marvel Studios film). He is set to continue his role as Thor in ‘Thor 2′ (realeasing in 2013). Chris has a challenging task of fitting himself in the role of Thor (God of Thunder) becouse this requires great physique and big muscles and that depend on workout and on good diet. He has to build muscles and for that he set his first and prime motive to Workout hard. It is also rumored that Chris never lifted weights before filming Thor (wow) and yet he managed to gain that muscular body. Lets take a look at his diet plan :).

To look like Thor he needed to bulk up and for that he had to eat a lot. All he needed is protein and for that he take protein shakes, nuts, whole grains, fruits and vegetables. Instead of 3 times he used to eat 5-6 times in a day. He also eat little amount of oily food to gain some fat and with heavy workout he convert that fat in big muscles.

 

 

  • Breakfast: Two eggs, small steak, fruits, cup of oatmeal.
  • Snacks: Protein shake.
  • Lunch: Tuna fish and salad.
  • Snacks: Protein shake, one apple.
  • Dinner: Boiled fish, brown rice and vegetables.
  • Snacks: Protein shake.
