Deepika Padukone Workout Routine

Deepika Padukone (born 5 January 1986) is an Indian actress and a former model. Born to badminton player Prakash Padukone, she chose to become an actress and not pursue a career in sports. As a great actress, she have to travel a lot for film shooting and thats why its difficult to have daily workout routine, but whenever she hit the gym she loves to do cardio exercises and to lift light weights. She belongs to sports family and she has a natural slim and athletic body, and every girl wants to have body like her.

She joined the Skyes gym in Andheri, but she doesn’t have time to go there daily, just 2-3 times in a week. For warm up she run on treadmill for 15-20 minutes, then she do some cardio exercises. She lift some light weights and do some exercises with dumbbells. She use get up early and run for 30 minutes. She do believes in yoga.
