Emiley Jean Stone also known as “Emma Stone” (born November 6, 1988) is an American actress. She was nominated for a Golden Globe for best actress in a musical or comedy in 2010. She is also known becouse of her role in ‘Crazy, Stupid, Love’, ‘The Help’ and in ‘Amazing Spider-Man’. Her body is naturally fit and perfect. She doesn’t have any strict workout plans becouse her body is naturally slim and perfect but she do follow some techniques which are good for health.
