Jennifer Shrader Lawrence also known as “Jennifer Lawrence” (born August 15, 1990) is an American film and tv actress. She is also nominated for the Academy Award for Best Actress and this made her second youngest actress ever to be nominated for the award(She is just 20yrs old when nominated for award). Her upcoming movie The Hunger Games make her more popular and her role in the movie is a tribute to Katniss Everdeen. She hired a trainer, Joseph Horrigan is very strict about her diet and workout. She is also performing agility drills, sprints and stunts. Her role in “The hunger games” movie requires warrior skills and stunts, she is ready for both and working  hard.   • She workout 2 to 3 days in a week(1 hour).
  • 15 min warm up (running on treadmill)
  • She loves to do cardio exercises.
  • She also do track drills, agility drills.
  • She loves to perform stunts.
  •  She is also learning Yoga.

 

Her upcoming movie “The Hunger Games” is big movie for her and this movie requires lot of warrior skills, And she is ready for every challenge. She is learning Yoga, rock climbing and tree climbing. She is doing hard work in gym also becouse she want herself to remain perfect.  Except treadmill she also loves to rum on tracks and she is quite a athlete also. She is just 21 years old now and become very famous but she will gain more and more popularity in next few years.
