John Abraham Diet Plan

John Abraham (born 17 December 1972) is an Indian film actor and former model. He is quite famous becouse of his role in Dhoom. He is also famous becouse of his good looking body and great muscles. He has very strict diet plan and he believes in heavy diet. John is been keen on looking fit since his school and college days. He has very perfect physique and in his Force movie he came up with great and big muscles, this is all becouse of his heavy workout and heavy diet. Breakfast:

  • Six eggs white, glass of mix fruit juice, couple of slices of toast with butter and ten almonds.

 

Lunch:

  • Regular Indian food, he loves to eat spinach and chapati made of white flour.

 

Dinner:

  • Dal, chapati, protein shake and fried vegetables like potatoes. Corn are a part of his daily supper.

 

John Abraham is pure vegetarian and he doesn;t take any kind of supplements. He is very conscious about his health. He loves to take good sleep and workout which is very good. He also believes in eating small meals.
