Joshua Ryan Hutcherson also known as “Josh Hutcherson” (born October 12, 1992) is an American film and television actor. He did great job in “The Hunger Games” and he will appear in the “Red Dawn” remake. Josh is just 20 yrs old and he is known all over the world because of his acting skills and fitness. He was skinny guy but he followed a well designed diet routine by his trainer which help him to gain mass. Lets take a look at his diet plan.

  • He consumes 5-6 meals in a day during his workout days.
  • Josh loves to eat macaroni, peanut butter, jelly.
  • To gain weight he eat lots of chicken, eggs and protein.
  • He avoid junk food and oily food.
  • He like fresh fruits and orange juice.
