Josh Hutcherson Workout Routine


Joshua Ryan Hutcherson also known as “Josh Hutcherson” (born October 12, 1992) is an American film and television actor. He did great job in “The Hunger Games” and he will appear in the “Red Dawn” remake. Josh is just 20 yrs old and he is known all over the world because of his acting skills and fitness. He was skinny guy, but his determination and hard work pays him reward. He visit gym 5-6 days in a week and follow workout routine given by his trainer. Lets take a look at his workout routine.

Josh Hutcherson needs to gain weight so his workout routine is based on much weight gain exercises and less muscles. He do exercises like dead lifts, squats, bench presses, shoulder presses, barbell rows, bar dips and pull ups because these exercises are helpful to gain weight. He always stay away from cardio exercises. Also he consumes 5-6 meals in day.
