Justin Drew Bieber also known as “Justin Bieber” born (March 1, 1994) is canadian singer, songwriter and actor. In very less time he becomes a heart of every single girl and achieve popularity and fame. He has tons of money, billions of fans, sensational voice, acting career and not to forget a beautiful girl Salena Gomez as his girlfriend. He is quite fit and all the credit goes to his diet. Justin Bieber Diet:
Justin Bieber follows diet suggested by his trainer Jordan Yuam, which helps him in gaining lean mass and to remain fit. It was rumored that Justin Bieber’s mother is also very strict about his diet and health. She gave him cooked healthy food in olive oil and she also used to travel with him with his tours within country or even abroad.
Justin Bieber loves to eat:
- Fruits: cherries, grapes, mangoes and avocados.
- Food: chicken tikka, seal fish soup, fried rice and mushroom pizza.
Justin Bieber not loves to eat:
- He hates junk food.
- He hates any white or refined food (yeah me too) :).
In begining, Justin Bieber never take his diet seriously but with his rising popularity and his efforts to get a fit and muscular body, he has changed his diet plan and gain some lean mass and for the new needs of his body.
Now his new diet consists 4 to 6 small meals daily. These small meals gave him proper amount of calories and carbohydrates that he needs to get mascular body. He loves to eat fresh fruits( who doesn’t love?). Also he is 18 now so its time to start getting good diet if he needs a muscular body and im sure he needs that :). His trainer recommends him not to eat junk food becouse we all know junk food is bad for health but still we eat :). so, He avoids junk food and refined food too.
He keeps drinking plenty of water and green tea also (say no to coffee).

- Drink plenty of water. This will keeps you hydrated and removes toxins.
- Drink Green tea instead of coffee. This will remove toxins much fast.
- Avoid junk food and refined food.
- Take 4 to 6 small meals a day. This will provide you lean mass.
- Also eat fresh fruits and food.
Justin starts boxing training and jogging becouse he is 18 now and he already started to gain muscles under the care of his trainer Jordan Yuam.
