She is well known becouse of her zero figure size and she only achieved this becouse of her diet suggested by her trainer Rujuta Diwekar. It was rumored that she went on crash diet and did surgeries to remove fat quickly but this is totally wrong she followed a well balanced diet and workout suggested by her trainer. Kareena kapoor completely changed her diet from cheese, pasta and paranthas to a nutritious diet and she starts eating fresh fruits, vegetables, salad and soups. Her trainer is very strict about her diet, she also suggested Kareena to do Yoga for 1 hour daily which is very helful to maintain figure. Kareena is also known as Chammak Challo becouse of her role in Ra-One. She always works hard to maintain her figure and for that she take well balanced diet and do workout for 3 to 4 times in a week.
- Breakfast: Fresh fruits, soya milk, bread slices sometimes paranthas and she always avoids tea or coffee.
- Lunch: Chapatis with dal, salad and soup.
- Snacks: Protein shake and fruits.
- Dinner: Soup, cheese, vegetables and also rice sometimes.
