Kareena Kapoor (born 21 September 1980) also known as Bebo is an Indian actress. The beautiful Kareena Kapoor is one of the top actress in Bollywood. She is well known becouse of her zero figure size. In her early age she was chubby actress and don’t have perfect figure but then she surpised everyone with her sudden committment to weight loss and she attined a slim and perfect figure in very less time. Her trainer Rujuta Diwarker plays a important role and help her to gain zero figure size. Kareena says she was able to gain zero size only becouse of proper workout and diet plan suggested by her tainer Rujuta Diwarker (PhD in industrial chemistry and PG in sports, Science and nutrition).

  • Kareena is well known becouse of her zero figure and she was able to get that only becouse of workout, diet and specially yoga.
  • It is rumored that Kareena Kapoor did surgeries to remove fat but rumors were absolutely wrong. She followed workout and diet plan suggested by her trainer.
  • She has lost 15 pounds in very less time (Chammak Challoo of Bollywood).

  • Yoga focused on exercising/strengthening any two parts of the body including
  • Naukasana for abs
  • Bhujangasana for back
  • Parvatsana for arms
  • Virabhadra for legs

Her Yoga schedule is one hour long and she do yoga everyday which is suggested by her trainer.
