Workout Routine:

  • Kim Kardashian usually works out 3 to 5 times in a week.
  • She always starts her exercise with treadmill by running on it for about 25-30 minutes.
  • After this she lift weights for about another 25-30 minutes.
  • Then she stretch  her lower body to keep her thighs and butt toned.
  • Then she work on her abs.
  • Kim always says that her favourite exercises are squats and lunges.

Squats are perfomed in following manner:

  1. Stand straight with your hands stretched out.
  2. Lower yourself like you are sitting on a chair until thighs are parllel to the ground.
  3. Try to keep your back straight and avoid bending forward.
  4. Repeat this. Also See picture below.

Lunges are performed in following manner:

  1. Stand straight, arms at your sides and dont look down.
  2. Take a one step forward with one leg and go low until thighs are parllel to the ground.
  3. Then stand up and do this on the other leg.
  4. Repeat this. You can also hold weights for additional loads and see picture below.

Arms and Legs Workout:

  •  Start with hands and knees on the ground. Move the right arm up and left leg back, Keeping both arms and both legs parllel to the ground.
  • Repeat with the right arm and left leg, completing one set.
  • Try to complete 2 sets on 10 repetitions.

    vic your videos are the best thing ive found in the innretet. Ive always been use to doing my 10-8-6-6 sets as hard as i could, but i would get injuries, im going to try this now.thanks for your videos the are awsome

    well walking at a fast speed and a high inlicne is supposed to the be the best way. Not running. Running may seem like the best way but it does not tone your muscles and the toning of your muscles is what helps your body burn the fat!! Running is also bad for your joints, and bad for the tredmill I know mind couldnt handle me running on it everyday!!As for how much each day just do as much as you can do firstly, and then yourself up! I would recommend every second day.I work in the metric system so I am not sure about lbs. But mean I can lose 1 kgs a week if I put in average effort and 2 kilos a week if I put in more effort yet I don’t bother changing my diet1kg=2.2 lbs

    Is it okay if I workout for exmlpae : Monday , Wednesday and Friday , and sometimes Saturday aswell ? It’s like working out a day , then take 1 day break . And on the last day of workout , take 1-2 days of break ?
