Liam Hemsworth (born 13 January 1990) is an Australian actor. His elder brothers Luke and Chris are also actors,  they helped him and provided him a path to become an actor. Liam is famous becouse of his role in ‘Neighbours’ and in ‘The Elephant Princess’. His upcoming movie ‘The Hunger Games’ is a very big movie and a great oppurtunity for him. He is very conscious about his health and his workout plans aimed on weight loose and gain muscles. Like his brother Chris Hemsworth he is also work hard specially for ‘The Hunger Game’ movie becouse this movie is full of stunts and actions.

Friday: Shoulders

  • Military Press: 3 sets x 15reps
  • Seated DB Military Press: 3 sets x 15reps
  • Side Lateral Raise: 3 sets x 10reps
  • Front Lateral Raise: 3 sets x 10reps

Saturday: Rest Day

Sunday: Cardio exercises
