Olivia Wilde Workout Routine


Olivia Wilde (born March 10, 1984) is an American actress and fashion model. She is best known for her role in  “Tron : Legacy” and her upcoming movies “The Longest Week” and “Black Dog, Red Dog” are releasing in 2012. She is a beauty queen and has amazing smile. She is also known because of her fit body and perfect curves. Wilde believes in workout routine given by his trainer and she visit gym 4-5 days in a week. Lets take a look at her workout routine.

Olivia Wilde’s trainer Patrick Murphy trained her during her Tron days, and to do stunts and fighting scenes all she needs strength and flexibility so Patrick design a perfect workout routine for her. Olivia loves to do cardio exercises and exercises with dumbbells. She usually go out for a walk and also take her dogs out with her.


  • Cardio Exercises. She do lots of cardio exercises to gain stamina. She do jump rope, cycling, treadmill run, running etc. She also perform lunges, push-ups and squats to gain strength.
  • Weight Lifting Exercises. To look toned and in shape she perform lots of weight lifting exercises. She usually lift light weight and perform much reps because she don’t want to gain muscles. She do bench presses, exercises with dumbbells, dips, squats etc. She usually to take 2 min rest between each sets.
  • Kick Boxing and Martial Arts. Instead of cardio exercises and weight lifting she also go to kick boxing classes where she learn martial arts and fighting skills because these exercises will provide her flexibility. She usually go 3 days in week for fighting classes.
