Ranbir Kapoor Diet Plan


Ranbir Kapoor (born 28 September 1982) is an Indian actor. He did a great work in movies like ‘Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Khanai’, ‘Raajneeti’ and in ‘Rockstar’. He is well known becouse of his fitness, and he is also quite famous among young girls. His trainer Pradeep Bhatia is very well known in India. Pardeep calls Ranbir “a foddie” but with less appetitie. He is very strict about his diet and he made a balanced diet chart suitable for Ranbir. He always keeps a close watch on his diet. Ranbir Kapoor Diet:



  • Breakfast: banana, 2 eggs white only, 1 glass milk, brown bread toast and sometimes glass of fresh juice.
  • Lunch: Simple Indian food dal, chapaatis, green fresh salad and sometimes tandoori chicken.
  • Dinner: Green salad, fish, protein shake.
During workout days he take protein shake twice in a day, fresh juice, multi-vitamins also.
