Ryan Gosling Diet Plan


Ryan Thomas Gosling also known as “Ryan Gosling” (born November 12, 1980) is a Canadian actor and musician. He is best known becouse of his role in “Crazy, Stupid, Love” and in “Drive” and now he is getting ready for his upcoming movie “Only God Forgives”. He is currently one of the hottest actors in Hollywood. Ryan is very conscious about his health and that why he always pay special attention to his diet. He is following a diet plan suggested by his trainer Kui Puk. Lets take a look at his diet plan.

Weight: 178 pounds


Ryan loves to eat natural and fresh food. His trainer suggested him to eat more Thai diet, fish, green vegetables and rice. He is also taking protein shake 1 or 2 glasses per day. Fish is natural source of protein and omega-3 fatty acid which are good for human body.


Instead of this ryan is eating whole grain bread for carbohydrates. During his workout days he increase his diet, he eat more fish, bananas, protein shakes and also take supplement suggested by his trainer. Ryan loves to eat food made at home and sometimes he also cook.
