Ryan Thomas Gosling also known as “Ryan Gosling” (born November 12, 1980) is a Canadian actor and musician. He is best known because of his role in “Crazy, Stupid, Love” and in “Drive”. He is currently one of the hottest actors in Hollywood. He was skinny guy as a teenager and now his body is a result of his dedication and workouts.  Ryan is not a gym freak but he visit gym 4-5 days in a week. Day 4: Abs and Core
  • Ab Twist with Plate or Ball
  • Hanging Leg Raise
  • Back Extension
  • Ab Crunch with Stability Ball
  • Oblique Dumbbell Side Bend
Day 5: Shoulders
  • Seated Bent Over Shoulder Raise
  • Military Press with Barbell
  • Lateral Raise with Dumbbells
  • Barbell Shrug
  • Single Arm Shoulder Press
