Salman Khan Diet Plan

Abdul Rashid Salim Salman Khan also known as “Salman Khan” (born 27 December 1965) is an Indian actor. Salman Khan’s body structure is not like body builders but he has good and big muscles and no fat. Salman Khan workout for more than two hours and then he take heavy diet and sleep. He loves to eat non-veg food. He also do unbelievable stuff like 1,000 push-ups a day (wow), today his body speaks for his dedication. He is very strict about his diet and his diet plan is given below.

Breakfast:

  • 5 eggs white
  • Amino acid tablets
  • Protein shake
  • 10 almonds
  • Bowl of oats

Lunch:

  • 3-6 chapati
  • Rice, Dal
  • Green salad
  • Vegetables and fruits

Dinner:

  • Fish or chicken
  • Protein shake
  • 3 eggs white
  • Veg soup

 

Salman Khan usually workout late night and after that he take heavy diet and long sleep. He also loves cycling which is good for health and also for building stamina. He is also known as fitness freak becouse of he works out late night. He is 46yrs old and still have very good looking body, he is bachelor too dont know when he will gonna marry.
