She is best known becouse of her role in television series ‘Wizards of Waverly Place’ and in movie ‘Another Cinderella Story’. She has recently rated as 75th most sexiest woman in the world by FHM in 2012. She has everything fame, natural fit and perfect body, caring boyfriend Justin Bieber and thats why every girl wants to become like her. Lets take a look at her diet plan and do follow. 🙂

Selena Gomez Diet:



  • Breakfast –  2 eggs white only, slice of brown bread, glass of juice and sometimes omelet with mushrooms, onions, cheese etc.
  • Lunch –  Lean meat for protein like turkey and simple food made at home, when she is out for shooting she eat pasta, pizza and orange juice for energy.
  • Dinner –  She like to eat all Italian in dinner so that she can stay away from fat.
  • Snacks – Selena cannot seem to resist Snickers, Reese’s Pieces or Pickles. She also love to eat junk food sometimes.
