Varinder Singh Ghuman Diet Plan


Varinder Singh Ghuman is an IFBB professional bodybuilder and Indian actor. He is born in Punjab (India) and well known for being the world’s first vegetarian bodybuilder. He has won Mr. India in 2009 and awarded 2nd place as Mr. Asia. Varinder Singh Ghuman believes in proper and natural diet. He recently launched his music video and now he is working with Tara nutrition. Lets take a look at his diet plan and do follow if you also want to bulk up. :)

Weight: 300 pounds

  • Yellow milk or first milk (the milk that the buffalo mother produces in the first few days after delivery).
  • Normal Indian food like rice, dal, roti, saag etc.
  • He consumes 5 to 6 meals in a day.
  • He is a vegetarian and doesn’t even eat eggs.
